Hello All,
many of you have been inquiring about the ADDAC501 complex random features, what does it do exactly???
so here it is a Java application that replicates it's behaviour!
it was intended to work on a browser, but seems that they're not fast enough, so there's a downloadable version to guarantee a smooth running version!
soon will also post the Lissajous Curves application!

Does the input next to the frequency knob override the Freq with external clock or merely voltage control the rate aleady set? Can this be clocked externally at all?
Thanks, Dan _________________ http://www.REwireMusic.com |

Yes, the extra switch by the frequency minimum enables clock input.
this also disables the the freq. min knob.
Then the frequency max knob defines the max time for a random gate delay,
meaning that the clock trigger received will be delayed for X amount of time to be randomized between 0 and freq. max knob position
soon, i'll somehow try to clarify that!
it's complex...

hmmm,
i'm not quite sure what's happening there, i'm not used to windows either, this was the first time i exported a java app from processing into windows and linux environments
it works great on MacOSX.
can you run it on the browser?
