Very nice, Navs. Yeah, it doesn't always play well with Silent Way, that's what the R-60 is for.

Interesting. I was considering an R51 but maybe this would allow for a little more variety. Maybe this is a silly question for a Metasonix module, but how is it for simple distortion?

Actually not very harsh at all... adds a nice "grit", but it does not mangle the signal at all. Very recommended.
The VCA also lends a Metasonix touch to whatever it processes. Great module.

ynth, do you mean sending the R54 through the RES-4? There is one example in the SC clip of the R54 being processed by the FSH-1 frequency shifter.

Eric, I'm glad you like the sounds - thanks for a wonderful VCO!

For tracking, an easy workaround it to use an analogue sequencer.

What is the 'VCA mod' marked on the PCB?

I pulled the trigger on a R-54, it will be delivered tomorrow. This is the 1st YELLOW in my system. I have a strong feeling I may get the R-53 next.
