Hi Stretta, any word from Motu that they might be considering releasing for Vst?
It's getting boring really quick having to keep booting into the Mac partition, recording the bit's I want then having to export the song so I can load it into the pc to use my lovely plugins etc... |

How fast do you think small audio software companies work?
1. we're not likely to hear anything on a VST version until it's just about ready to roll out to customers.
2. at the moment, they're most likely to be furiously pounding out all the bugs found in 1.0, large and small, to make Volta a more robust product.
3. it's only when this is done and the new bug rate is approaching zero that they will consider whether it makes financial sense to expand/improve upon the existing feature spec.
Sit tight for 2-6 months, man, it'll be at least that long. _________________ MOAR EURO |

I wasn't expecting miracles lol, I was only wondering if Stretta had maybe approached the MOTU guys to see if this was feasible or not to do a vst version.
Also this thread is there also to show how many on this forum alone would be in need of a pc vst version as not everyone runs a mac. |
