I will be debuting a new composition in response to the Paul Kos piece "The Sound of Ice Melting"(1970) which is currently on display as part of the exhibit 'State of Mind: New California Art since 1970'.
This will be a quadraphonic performance utilizing Modular, processed voice and ice. Also accompanied by video work from Kelly Lynn Jones.

April 15th starting at high Noon. included in price of admission to the museum ($7)

There will also be a limited edition of 50 lathe cut records available.
These will be cut on square pieces of plexiglass and will have a "radio edit" of the composition.

Updates

This is coming up this weekend, April 15th!

We will no longer have lathe cut records available, decided to go a different route and will be producing a proper record that will have two separate versions of the piece with a special cover.

Here is a video preview of the piece to be performed.

Hope to see some wigglers out on Sunday.
