I rarely use the 225e but now I have Lemur ipad I want to try it our with Midi.

I have the M Audio USB Uno on the Lemur set to Ch 1 and I have

225e E channel CV out to 259eCV in Set the 225e screen to Ch1
but nothing seems to be working.

Not sure if I have the MIDI plugged in the worng way on the back of the 24wls.

If you are looking at the front of the 200e is the MIDI in on your right or left?

Any wise ipad lemur people know what might be the issue?

Good question, I don't have buchla, but I'm really interested in lemur, any details might get me thinking...

I also have an Uno and have used it successfully with my iPad and Buchla. I haven't used it with Lemur yet, though. It sounds like your setup should work. Maybe there is something that still needs to be set in the Lemur app. I also find that I usually have to set the transpose parameter down a lot, sometimes all the way, otherwise I get pitches at the highest end of the oscillator range. Also, do you have 2 midi ports on the back of your Buchla? I have only one. There are two round ports, but only one has an actual midi connection. I'll try to play around with Lemur connected to my system and see if I can get it to work. Good luck.

Oxix52 I have the standard MIDI IN and OUT connections on the 24wls. Plus I have the MIDI i/o on the Kilpatrick K4616.

Not sure why it didnt work but it does now.

Now I just need to learn how to assign ccs in the Lemur.

Congratulations! I'm glad you got it working. I guess you have an older midi interface. I seem to remember reading somewhere that there was a plan originally to incorporate midi in and out as well as a USB connection.

So if I understand you correctly the new midi on the 225e is just 1 midi connector MIDI IN only

Yes mine has MIDI IN OUT and a hole for USB

Yep, one actual midi connection only. I have the circular cutout for another connection and a square cutout for the USB. My 225e is from about a year ago.

The other MIDI connection is more like a MIDI through, I think.
