hi,

just got a second-hand Harvestman HD.

looks and sounds fantastic. well done mr. Harvestman!

only one thing:
both square outs of the oscillators do not output anything....

is this normal?

i think i remember, at some point, there was an OS update in the HD.

then the square outs were no longer working...? am i right?

thanks, smile
Bakis.

You have to hold down a button for two seconds. Not next to mine but it's in Forum somewhere. Right above the fm button.

No offense btw...

MONDAY itīs the day...i`m going to get a HD or PH.Still not sure which one zombie

But I guess it will be the HD...i wish i would have the space (and money)for both though...

I bought a piston, it became the most widely used oscillator after a day in the case. Still favorite oscillator after two years of use. Don't forget all the amazing roms, the expander and the madness of wave tabels.

i won't forget. But a LOT of wavetables often sound quite the same to me.Cannot say annything about the extra Roms though. And they are hard to get too.The only ones i can buy here are the bsmith ones.Ok,not THAT bad, everybody seems to like them a lot.

Using a Hertz Donut to drive the external table addressing of a Piston Honda is such a wonderful thing.

I commonly have the Primary Osc of an HD (set to Saw) routed to the External input of my Piston Honda. Using the FM and Waveform Discontinuity on the HD add a whole new dimension to the sounds I get out of my PH.
