It disappeared about a day after i made the original post. My guess is that the pcb isn't ready for sale yet?
Either way, I appreciate everything Ken has done for releasing these pcbs.
I'd also like to see a serge frequency shifter and/or WAD board, but my guess is that they probably use some weird unobtanium chips.

Only a menu link was ever on the site, never the whole module. The article is yet to be written. A positive slew will also be released.
WAD uses SAD1024, and frankly hens teeth are more common. The only way I was able to get a couple was.... to buy a WAD.

In the more "immediate" future. The wave multipliers are done and need testing. The phaser is on the to do list. There seems to be some demand for the first version VCO, despite it being a noise-maker VCO only. i.e., it doesn't track. Beyond that, who knows.

It occured to me that paperface style panels could easily be done as euro modules. I might pursue this once I've made more progress on the steiner and buchla panels I'm working on. In example:

And just think, they used to have them hanging on a peg at Radio Shack.

In Australia they were $25 which was over a day's wage at the time, and as was Tandy/Radio Shack policy at the time, they were seconds. In other words, you paid $25 for a worthless piece of shit, and couldn't return it under their no refunds for semiconductors policy.

I wonder if there will be a Smooth & Stepped generator. That was one of my favorites. Internally the two were exactly the same circuit. The panel layout was just different for the Smooth and Stepped sections. I reverse-engineered it (this was like 1978) and built a version with a panel switch for Smooth or Stepped for each one.

I had built original Positive and Negative Slew modules around 1980 or so. I'm a fan of the Negative Slew. The Positive not so much, because it isn't that useful for doing envelopes.

Why have a DUSG and also a dual Neg Slew? Adding a dual Neg Slew gives you more functionality in a small space. Look at the complexity of the USG (or the VCS). Nice, but you still use it for one thing at at time. The Neg Slew does a few things very nicely. I use it as a falling sawtooth VCO/LFO, and it works great as a VC A/R generator. It's perfect for smacking a low pass gate.
