Adding output clipping diodes to the R3 PB |
br>haima |
br>Hey - I've got a R3 Plague Bearer on it's way from BST forum.
I'd love to add some output clipping diodes ala the current R4 version...
Does anyone know what kind of diodes are used in the R4?
2 zeners, to the power rails as a passive circuit on the output? with a series resistor?
I'll have a play around and come up with my own version - unless anyone has some tips on what's in the real deal. br> br> |

I like the way you think.
As per the OP, I do not know the information requested. I'll reach out to Flight and see what I can find. br> br> |

br>I'm not sure if it's just a faulty module, but the Rev4 plague bearer I played with was absolutely thin and wimpy and nothing like my rev 3. Anybody have both and can say if this is a universal case? br> br> |
