Took some photos this morning. In the top cabinet are my two latest acquisitions: the Happy Nerding Super Sawtor and the SSL Model 1200 VCO (thanks, Doug!)

Things really are getting out of hand though; I'm going to have to come up with a new way of mounting my LCCs so that they aren't perched six feet in the air. I'm thinking some sort of bracketing system to allow them to sit off the side like outriggers.

Lemme tell ya, those 90 lbs are beautifully distributed, too (she's a choreographer/modern dance teacher).

This has been my recent live setup plus computer running Pure Data, mostly processing field recordings.
also of note is the cases are my 15 minute specials made last minute from cutoffs from the woodshop milled to size. The bottom one was built the night before I was going out of town with it and built without any panels around so I was lucky I guessed right on the size.

I thought it was about time for an updated picture of my setup.

It is also a good opportunity for a "Before and After" shot, as this is my system as of last Monday.

I've started my run up to the Cambridge Synth-DIY meet in July, so I will be making a lot of changes to this system in the coming weeks.

Watch this space It's peanut butter jelly time!

Emu Reso Fltr is dope
VCS indispensable( in a small system)

And that Tcherepnin Based Resonant EQ /comb is pure stuff

no VCA /VCO yet

you built some J Haible modules too Sduck? I read some of your posts about the SOST FLGR i believe.

Posting here, since its more a setup than diy-gloat modules.

Made a cabinet for my MU modules this afternoon. Miss calculated the width of 1MU as 2.215" instead of 2.125". It was supposed to be 17MU but became 17MU+a bit more. Luckily a 1 space MOTM panel will fit.

Still not sure if that middle tier will hold. It is made of 10x20 mm wood - right now its pretty wobbly - maybe fixating all modules will add stability? Oh, and I still have the paint job + psu wiring left.

Modules are all thrown in there for the photo, anyone notice the one upside-down? smile

Yes, he builds some awesome stuff. You won't find him on this forum - he was banned a while back, also elsewhere - while he can be a really nice guy most of the time, he's got a mean streak or something that makes him a bit crazy.

I've built the Son of Storm Tide flanger, the FS1a frequency shifter, and have a few more of his pcbs here in the backlog. Great stuff!

Thought I'd post the pic of updated work-in-progress. Started with 22 units and a couple of gaps.
The gaps have increased in number, obviously. What to do. seriously, i just don't get it

Ockegham,

Love the use of the mini-Korg as an alternative to a blank panel!

Very cool selection of modules. I realize I should know this, but I'll ask anyway. What is the module dead center on the second row up? Three vertical rows of knobs, some switches...

Can't figure it out. Must be off on my meds.

Thanks...that one is the Grove Audio PolyMoog Resonator. It's really nice.
Combined with the FFB it's powerful indeed.

Yeah, it took me until today to notice that you noticed. I got one of these:

... chopped it up and soldered on a bunch of these:

Very happy wiggler, will be making more.

2U space reserved in the 5U cab for a MOTM 440 (someday soon).

I need to get a real DSLR with a wide angle lens to get this shot right. The room is too narrow for a full width, face on pic.

A snap shot of each cabinet...

There are a few spare modules in the second one which is better than a bunch of blank panels I guess.
