There is a new version with SMD components and some changes to the circuit.

It still uses the same layout and firmware, and can be got from my github, there are new build guide, BOM, list of changes from TH version, and paypal links for bards and PCBpanels there. (i no longer sell aluminum panels, they can be got from magpie, or DIY etc)

building is easier then the through hole version, despite being SMT.

no kits from me but someone may decide to do it along the way.

thanks!

I did one of the test builds for the V3 and can confirm this was a straightforward build and it's a fabulous versatile module!

It's on bass duties in this vid....

Any pictures of the PCB panel? I'm sure it looks great, I'm just curious!

Awesome! I've been waiting for this one...

Is it safe to assume that the panels are interchangeable with previous generations?

Nevermind, I looked at the current rating for the spec part. Ordering it.

I have a bunch of SMT ferrites left over from MI builds. Are those ok to use for L3? Going with the linear power option if that makes a difference.
