Author Advice/ideas on how to create similar textures
sillyquestions?
Does anyone have any idea how/what he does to create these textures that are swaying in my head...

Sounds like a noise source maybe? I'd be keen to hear if anyone has an idea/patch of how to achieve something similar. I know he's a modular guy..

sillyquestions?
Thanks, ill try it out! smile When you say medium attack do you mean the (High, Low, Medium) setting on the ADSR or do you mean the attack set halfway?
PhineasFreak
i mean enough attack that you can hear it fade in - the sound doesnt hit full volume instantly, but its not a minutes long fade in - its only a second or so

these ocean waves you mean? i like using polysynths for seashore sound so the waves von overlap. modulating a filter cutoff with another but similar envelope helps to get some more 3-d feel.
