Silent Way Voice Controller Not Sending Pitch

Hi! I'm sure it's user error - but can't seem to find an answer...

Ableton Live 10 > Silent Way 2.8 > Apogee Ensemble TB > ES-3

When I put the instrument plugin on a MIDI track and play some notes, ES-4 receives gate but doesn't seem to get any pitch voltage. I'm certain I had this working previously - but not sure if I did anything that could have messed it up.

Any ideas what to check?

THANKS!

All other plugins seem to be working as expected outputting appropriate bi-polar signals at expected outputs.

I just tried changing the hardware mode to esx-4cv and when I do that it sends pitch on channel 2. Might be all I need!

When set to 'none' or es-4 no pitch is sent on channel 2.

Sorry -looks like it’s still not working the way I think it should. I either get pitch or gate but not both. help

It sounds like you simply haven't run the calibration.

Aaaaaaaaand yeah. That was it. I'm an idiot.

I followed the calibration instructions for Ableton found here:

And all is good! THANK YOU!!!!
