Pugilistas
Main vintage polysynth is a Marion Prosynth.
Here also, but lesser used, are Yamaha TX7, TG77, TG500. Roland D550.

Korg Electribe ESX-1.

Granted, it stretches the definitions of "vintage", "poly" and "synth" a bit.
CosmicFlight
A mix of vintage and few less olders

EX-8000
Juno 60
JP-6
Prophet VS
Omega Code
Sunsyn
Synthex
Wracked with Guilt
On the vintage side, in order of attachment:

Sequential Prophet 600 - The Prophet 5’s punk kid brother is my favourite poly
Roland Juno 6 - So simple, so good
Yamaha TG-500 - a hit of pure nostalgia
Korg EX-8000 - love that filter, hate the interface
Oberheim Matrix 1000 - useful but bland
HerrX
Akai AX60
Kawai K1r
E-mu Emax (disguised as a Baldwin IKE)

Modest, but trying to avoid re-buying the now hyper-inflated priced stuff that I sold off years ago very frustrating
