Seems perfect for it if i don't want to have to worry too much about the 6 outputs. correct? I dont have experience with the SH, about to buy.

Yep-they play real nice together. I would avoid using the cascading gate type mode though as it will stack voltage up to the ceiling. But in regular practice, yes, the outputs don't overlap in most modes, so this is perfect!

I also have an ASol MX61 mixer available for cheaper than the 'Jel. Still a 6 input Unity Mixer and perfect for the SH!
