The humble PT2399 Delay Chip can be made to sound like this:

[s]http://soundcloud.com/bugbrand/pt-606-monopoly[/s]

Just live adjustment of a box centred around the PT2399 chip.

Inputs are a TR606 and Korg Mono/Poly (simply left to run) - DinSync clocking the arpeggiator.

More soon.

BRING IT !!!! ( love the sound of that 606 dammit )

Sounds fantastic. Is this for a revision of the ptdelay or a new model?

Cheers!

I did a few recordings late last week - many came out quite noisy/driven (in very nice ways). So here's something nice and clean to show that clean is perfectly possible.

Simply a guitar into the PT processor box and straight out to record.

are they both going to be on the next knowledge of bugs CD? very nice, 1st one is super catchy, 2nd one very dreamy - I'll have to use mine on the Chasms 3rd album overdubs

Two more PT Delay demos:

The first is quite overdrive - just arpeggiating with Korg Mono/Poly::

And then one with Hohner Pianet and some rhythmic Toggle-Timing::

Haha - I *do* need to get some more KoB action going sometime but these were just quickie demos really -- off-the-cuff.
