OK so the final version is going to be an parallel-mount SMT sandwich. however, i am going to make 4 of them (the very last of my through-hole boards) that look like this but with a green-coloured mainboard that doesn't have the blue wire on it and looks better:

the front panel assemblies are ready to have mainboards installed and i'm working on those right now. they should be ready to ship next week.

i haven't decided on a final retail price on this for various reasons, but it will sell for more than 200 USD and that is what i will sell these 4 units for since they are not really the final version.

i'm not sure when it will be available again after these are sold. we have to get the .SHN and .MIX runs over with first because they are ready to go and AH is out of them, then comes the Switch and the Time Divider since those are the next proto boards to order.

excellent. Mr Winkels' unit should go out tomorrow, i was late getting to the post office and i have to ship his in person because it's international.

update on this: the SMT PCB appears to be verified. Det3 is sending it back to me after a component swap. after i see for myself that it's A-OK it will move into the production queue.

Nothing fancy, but you do get my dorky voice. (My girlfriend has already mocked the videos a few times in the past 5 minutes.) I trimmed my beard this morning, so it doesn't interrupt the video - apologies! hihi

the SMT version is totally confirmed and now ready for production.

there's still 2 through-hole versions left if anyone wants them.
