Nice mix put together by Casual Violence.
For the fans of Orphyx/Vromb.Darker, atmospheric, slowly evolving textures.

Also, check out the other mixes on the Smile cold anatomy site.In particular i've really been diggin the Perc mix.Just a really solid proper mix in my opinion. _________________ Live modular techno jams

The Subsist label/bandcamp site has some good stuff. Especially their compilations.

| Definitely Tokyo Mask's Lowend Psychopathology. "Obsession One" of my favorite minimalist pieces. |

As the winter darkness has set in i'm drifting back into more and more minimal and techy musics - this thread has fed me some great new stuff i didn't know of, but i'm also retreating back into classics not heard for years.
can anyone recommend a good way of id'ing tracks of an old richie hawtin mix tape (it's part of a StarsX2 double casette set that is pretty obscure as far as my search skills can reveal)
are these apps/ites like shazam any good? _________________ http://thomaswulfe.bandcamp.com/

| kate simko killed it last night. her own productions live first through ableton (and a few other things) with a korg nanokontrol. then dj set with legit vinyl, then a hybrid of both remixing and retouching the vinyl tracks live. yeah! |

I've been enjoying this a lot. The other stuff on the smile cold anatomy site is nice as well. Mission accomplished, as far as this thread is concerned. |

4 pages and no one mentioned "The Advent" aka Cisco Ferreira? I probably got it wrong. we all have different ideas of what minimal techno is. as far as labels go, BXR from italy was pretty good for some minimal techno on the flip side to some club banger with vocals. I think every record fell under that formula.

| Some nice off-kilter minimal, is made by NSI (Non Standard Institut) = Tobias Freund (Pink Elln) and Max Loderbauer (Sun Electric). According to the release notes most of their music is created on a Doepfer modular and some TR-boxes. |
