hi all,

just want to clearify this:

the user manuals come with the factory-built module and the full schematics and instructions come ONLY with a KIT blacet module, am i right?

so, if someone buys a factory-built module, he Only gets the user manuals, Not the schematics, am i right?

can someone verify this?
(that has been my experience so far, but i want to clearify that matter, because a buyer of a blacet module of mine, is complaining that i should have sent him the schematics too, despite the module i sold to him being a factory-built module...)

thanks for your help in advance

best regards, :-)
Bakis.

I think they all come with schematics but could be wrong.
However, on a secondhand deal I don't think inclusion of schematics would be a given unless specifically mentioned. If you didn't say "schematics included", then I don't think you did anything wrong.

i certainly did not say 'schematics included'.
but i had bought many new blacet modules, back in 2006, from AH, and i never got the schematics with them. only got the standard user manuals...

can anyone really confirm that? what i know is that only KITS come with the full schematics...

please, correct me if i am wrong...

if you buy from blacet direct, they ALWAYS include ALL the documentation, whether it be kit/diy or pre-built.

if you bought from AH when they were still selling frac, you never got any documentation whatsoever, and were pointed towards the blacet website, which of course only includes the manuals and not the schematics.

when i've bought second hand i've usually received all the documentation, and i always pass it all on if i sell a module. occasionally i have not received any docs, which is pretty poor show i reckon.

well, i just learned something new today... hmmm.....

indeed, John replied and told me than ALL manuals (including schematics) come with ALL modules.

but, IIRC, when i bought some modules from AH, i did not get the schematics...

so, this solves the confusion then...

(i had many blacet modules in the past, but, for only few modules i had the schematics...)

thanks to all for the info. smile

Why WOULDN'T you buy new modules directly from John, anyway? Am I missing something?

Just a guess but back when AH actually stocked frac modules you could choose from more than just Blacet (or frac format for that matter) and have all your modules shipped together in a bundle. Probably made for cheaper shipping.

Cheers,
