Hi. I heard somewhere you do special 6.3mm (1/4 inch) converter jack plugs that are drilled out so one can insert 3.5mm plugs into them.Is this true,as it would be useful not only for using my TM1 but Motm modules etc in my eurorack modular. Also do you still sell the eurorack bracket kits fo TM1? Thanks.Dave.

Hi !
How are you doing today ?
I've just received my Metasonix F-1. But I'm a bit concerned. And I haven't been able to get ANY of the fantastic sounds you've posted on Soundcloud. Did you stack it with other effects pedals ?
Also, from "Silent" to "Brutal", there's not a single change in sound, is that normal ?
Please let me know !
Thank you SO MUCH in advance. _________________ Metasonix

Personally I think the emails you get are increasingly polite.
There, the glass is half full now. _________________

They're usually polite, but completely clueless. I'd welcome some rudeness at this point......at least it would be more entertaining. _________________ Metasonix

As crappy as this seems, maybe it's time for an FAQ page? Or in Metasonix terms, a FAQ YOU page? _________________

If I buy a f-1 pedal, will I sound like Trent reznor? Does muse use this? Have you thought about getting Eric Clapton to endorse your products? _________________ wtb: tiptop zdsp |

yesnoyes
in all honesty though, your products are in a league of their own, it is normal for people to be a bit clueless.
So a big fat FAQ YOU might help a lot _________________

Education is the solution for many problems.
Many people could benefit from some well written
historical information, suggested patches, design philosophy, etc.
Not just customers, but observers from the outside wondering what is going on.
Of course, it isn't as easy as it sounds to put all this together in a coherent presentation.
If there is an editor and compiler out there, I'm sure that some unofficial documentation could be put together by some users. _________________ |zerosuminertia.com| |

?......And the more people that show interest in your products leads to more sales, more business capital for you etc etc
Thirty years in musical instrument sales tells me that the lowest common denominator customer response is the best road to take !

You will now. Roger just told me that Trent came to his shop the other day, bought an F-1, and raved about it. No doubt it will be on his next album. He also bought an S-2000, no word yet on what he thought of it. _________________ Metasonix
