it doesn't work anymore
neither leds nor the wave changes

did anyone had that issue?
is it a time to send it to berkeley?
don't really want my module to ship overseas without a proper need

Never heard about this kind of prob on the 261e.
Hopefuly you will get it back to work properly after firmware reload or update.

does anything else on the front panel work? it doesn't seem likely that only those controls would die. also, do the controls work via cv?

doesn't sound like a firmware issue, sounds more like a problem with the entire waveshaping board (the one that's not the front panel board). you could check for power and connectivity, i don't have the schematic in front of me though. at the bare minimum you can check to see if any of the vactrol leds are lit.
