Lent is what you clean out of the dryer when you do laundry, right?

please start posting pictures of food, my wife, my baby boy, palm trees, nice sunsets, funny embedded videos, and other things that will make this thread less austere for me.

All things in moderation. Especially moderation!
Guinness ftw! Rasta-nana Trampoline beer!

the text of these emoticons is amusing sometimes
guinness rastanana trampoline beer
Yep in that order. That's my lent plan.
Except- there's no blowjob emoticon.
I don't know much about lent,
but I do know, just generally speaking
we need more blowjobs in this world.

I got roped (by a friend who is an Episcopal priest) into giving up beer for lent last year, thinking it was a mere week. It was so nice to sit down on that first Sunday and drink a few -- my kids had given up sugar and my fiancée gave up wine -- until I was informed that ha ha lent is forty days.

I went ahead with it, you know, for the kids, but screw that.

Guinness ftw! w00t!! Chugging Beers booty wiggler

Lent is when you don't eat meat on Fridays so that you can pig out at the all-you-can eat fish fry. Also you go to the Polish deli and buy tons of sausage to pig out every other day of the week except Friday.

Happily I no longer "celebrate" Lent, but I still take advantage of the all-you-can eat fish fry and Polish delis (or any other deli).

I just watched "DDD" on Food Network with wife and our favorite Polish deli in Minneapolis (Kramarczuks) was featured. That show is a bad show to watch right before bed time.
