A friend of mine asked me if there was such a software where he could record guitar and have the software produce tabs based on what he played and since i didn't know, i figured i'd see ifbanyone here is familiar with such a program.
He writes a lot of the guitar parts for his band and was looking to give the other guitarists in the band the tabs and a WAV file of the song since it's hard for them to be able to practice at the same time. Does anyone know of any software that will autogenerate tabs?
Ideally it would also be able to interpret a 7-string guitar.
As I understand, he uses both Mac and Windows, but would prefer Windows as his Mac OS is older. |
