Constantly changing voltages? Wogglebug, Noisering, A-149? That type of thing? Or do you mean something that morphs the waveshape of the LFO, sort of like a wavetable LFO? _________________

A ChaQuo should definitely work.
Good for continous but never repeating modulation, and can even sync it to other stuff, so it'll kind follow a master clock f. e. |

The PEG is really great at ever evolving modulations. Just patch it up for feedback. It's really nice when you patch one the EOR/EOF/Half-R trigger of one envelope into the Ping of the other and then have one evelope modulate the any of Div/Skew/Cureve of the other. _________________ Disclaimer: If it seems like I know what I am talking about its because I got lucky. The A-118 Noise/Random voltage module has a sub-audio random voltage out. I don't know how low it goes but if you lagged it (or maybe did some component changes) you might get it down really low. Dieter will tell you how on the Doepfer Yahoo list. _________________ -James

E350 also can act as an LFO and you can cycle through its various waveforms. its c bank is designed specifically for it.
SSL Modulation Orgy also. the waveforms are much simpler, but there's a distort parameter that you can also feed cv into.
the E350 though is cool since it morphs smoothly between the changes using that proprietary algorithm. I guess the upcoming E355 will be even better! |

| If DIY is an option, check out the PsychoLFO or the Super Psycho Modulation Source from CGS. Ken Stone sells PCBs. Not wavetable though, if that is what you want. The Super PCB might be too big for Euro. I built the Psycho, and it does a nice unpredictable wobble LFO. |

I doubt a wavetable fits the bill since it is not ever changing.
The A117 Rnd Out is very cool! The Oakley S&H comes with in build in lag thus it is a bit more self contained than other S&H. I built mine for Frac thus it could be built for Euro, too.
The A149 is not really ever changing. For some reason I never really dig the Woggle Bug (may be a building error on my part). _________________ elektrograd |

I guess more like a wavetable LFO |
Guys, he's looking for morphing waveshapes, not random voltages... _________________

Is the question about an LFO that is continually changing / morphing but within controlled limits? I thought of something like a chaotic oscillator such as the Elby Chaquo or the LFO section in a Snazzy FX Dreamboat.
A circuit incorporating a chaotic attractor will provide a signal that changes over time but remains within a region of phase space. In that sense the output is like a continuously morphing wave. It is not random. _________________ ----------------------------------------

That's right, the chaos-circuit solution gives more control of a greater variety of patterns. (That's what they were developed for.)
Elby's version of Chaotica is coming soon -- it includes for the first time extensive voltage-control of the system's parameters, as well as a greater variety of patterns.
Check it out!

Like Teezer soon or sooner?
No offense intended but I'm currently scanning for
a few interesting modulation options and your module
is on the radar. But a bird in the hand is worth two in
