Changes in beta 3:

- the cursor keys increment/decrement text field values by one least significant digit

- double-clicking on a knob now resets its value to default. Alt/Cmd double-clicking now sets its value to zero (even if its default is not zero).

- The Voice Controller and Quantizer now have buttons for creating an ESX-4CV calibration profile

- fixed a bug that would cause the VST Quantizer to load up with invalid settings

- ES-5 Controller now up-to-par with ES-4 Controller

- ES-4 Controller now passes through MIDI clock messages

- reinstated the configurable output arrangement in the Voice Controller which had stopped working in beta 1

- fixed an issue which caused the plug-ins to be listed under 'unknown vendor' in Bidule

- fixed a bug where the ES-4 Controller would continue to output '64' on channel 1 even when the MIDI/CV converter was turned off
