I did not find an explicit answer to this question in the archives - is the Make Noise Pressure Points module easily converted to accept 9V (pedal) power as a standalone, or is this something that Tony must do himself?

Cheers,
Jamie

I doubt it. Why do you want to do this? You know, you can power Pressure points, brains and rene from the makenoise +12 only power supply which is super cheap.

Well, it mentions it as on option in the Pressure Points description, and it would be great to have a single Pressure Points in its own simple little desktop enclosure a la the Buchla touch controller, as opposed to being part of the rack...and just plugged into my existing pedal chain power (or 9V battery, for that matter). I've seen it mentioned, and one photo example, but no description of what is actually involved.

Gotcha. I've never heard that before, but like I mentioned, you can still put it in its own box with the makenoise barrel power module. No other euro needed.

I remembered this, might be handy?

Looks like tony modded it for 9v from the 12v it uses, probably a couple caps and resistors. You could maybe make a battery pack to get 12v, no negative volts needed.
