I ordered some stuff from them way back when they were doing the 10% sale, then after about two weeks of not receiving anything, I emailed Shawn and he said they were behind but he would contact me when they were ready to order. I've emailed them about six times since and nothing every time. Anyone know what's going on over there?

Keep emailing (i know that isn't super helpful). Between the 10% off sale, the Intellijel stuff, the DPO, the Echophon, the 355 etc. there have been a lot of orders to process.

Right. Even better than "keep emailing" is give him a call. It might take a couple of phone calls (depending on time) but you will get him the day you call him.

I emailed about availability of a doepfer module maybe 3 weeks ago and he got back to me within an hour, so who knows? I would assume he has actual work to do instead of sitting waiting for emails to come in.

if I was worried, I would call. no biggie.

If the business takes orders over the internet then that should be a viable form of communication, promptly responded to. If they don't do so then they shouldn't post an email address.
