I think the Jomox M Resonator is one of the best sounding filterboxes ever and it would be so awesome to have a CV controlled version. For example with some of these, a matrix mixer and a matrix sequencer you could do something close to a modular version of the great Resonator Neuronium....
Damn I want Jomox modular! Can´t anybody do a collabortion with Jomox and put out his cool circuits as modules?
The M-Resonator´s panel design would perfectly fit for Makenoise ;-) |

| You're right. Put some mounting holes on it, make it black on white instead of white on black and you're very close to a Makenoise looking module... |

It would be really, really easy to destroy your speakers with a misapplied CV, in large part because the interactivity of the settings gets unpredictable pretty fast. I destroyed my last pair of monitors with a sudden extremely low frequency that came out of my T-Res while I was tweaking it too casually.
I was playing with the T-Res last night and thinking about it as a module and concluded that I prefer it being on my desk where I can continuously tweak it. This likes a lot of very fine adjustments, flirting with different thresholds of resonance. I like to keep a hand on it whenever I'm using it, which would be less comfortable in a rack.
All that said, I'd probably lust for a Euro module anyway. |

It sould be really easy to prevent blown speakers by adding some sort of simple limiter. I'm not sure why it doesn't have one to begin with. I generally play mine through my GK bass amp with Ampeg cabinets and I never blow anything. _________________ WTB: Gotherman PitchShaper, WMD Synchrodyne, Orange and Black Monorocket M6104

T resonator, where you could tap all the delay lines and process the feedback as well as CV control over everything.
I think I would suck a dic..... *ahem*... I mean... I mean I'd really like to see that.... _________________ For Sale - All proceeds go to muff wiggler for the site and/or to help with hospital bills (You will paypal him directly, not me)

As it stands now the T-Resonator is interesting but for some reason doesn't grab me at the price. However, if it were made into a module with even limited CV capability and extra tap I/Os I would buy it at the current price or even a bit more in a heartbeat.
I guess I'm stupid like that - add some extra I/O and CV to an effect and I feel like the value jumps enormously. Damn modulars. |

i love the t-tres but its a bizarre box.
i don't use it for ages. then i use it and love it!
then i don't use it for ages. then i use it and love it!
then i don't use it for ages. then i use it and love it!
ETC
it's THE SHIT for processing beats. so many timbres....
but i think i'm selling it.
it will basically be redundant when i finish my modular suitcase. _________________ http://hadaldrop.bandcamp.com/

I have had a small discussion with him, when I started my moduar ( three years ago ). He said hat he was thinking about releasing some modules in the future, but had to work on his other products like xbase999 at that time. I´think it wont bother him to aask again now, so everyone feel free to ask him. He is a very nice guy and responds to´emails very quick.
So maybe if some people ask him he might realize threre really is a need and a market for some awesome Jomox modules. |

it's (as expected)
mail@jomox.de
...and by the way, what would a euro-t-resonator be like? _________________ every problem has (at least) one solution. if there is no solution there is no problem at all. |

i like Tabletop myself and the idea of twisting knobs. It almost seems too complex to be a module.. But that's probably not true...
