I think James Walker is now employed by Soundgas - think they do servicing so they're worth a Google.

Re: Tangible Waves AE Modular - new entry-level system

I recorded my first weekend with the AE system: https://therapyinterferingbehaviour.bandcamp.com/album/baech Thanks for sharing. “Yapak” has some incredibly rich soundscapes, great work coaxing that out of the system. Thanks, it's a great little system - I continue to enjoy it! I've updated to incl...

Re: Tangible Waves AE Modular - new entry-level system

quote=the5thvolt post_id=3313753 time=1595901870 user_id=50819] This is probably not surprising given that Robert and Dieter Doepfer are good mates and have worked together a bit in the late 90's. In fact after a few decades of absence from any music making, Robert asked Dieter for a Eurorack system...

The pinout diagram used to be up at the out sequentix site - you might try mailing Colin directly if you need it.

Somewhat ironic that I didn't like the piece I did for the released one but really like the one I did for the potentially shelved release!

Re: New Thunder: Buchla + Sensel Morph

Does anyone know where there is info on the stored presets on the thunder skin? I can't seem to find any documentation on it. I usually navigate Thunder presets by keeping the top middle teal strip set to "Setting Button," with setting "Load Preset". Then, when you hold it down, you can select pres...

Does the akso software environment live update the patch or is it still a case of uploading changes?

Re: Anyone modified a Peli Case to have removable lid?

I've just done a removable lid hack with a peli-like pressurised case I got a while back - tapped out the two metal rods and bent them so they are now able to pull out and push in easily. Thanks for the tips on here - ended up with exactly what I was hoping for thanks to this thread!

Edit: I used this to solve an issue with a synth in my setup that was doing similar to you describe - it's the only time I've had the issue with all the different bits of gear Ive had, so it doesn't seem to be too common.

Re: Tangible Waves AE Modular - new entry-level system

I've been really pleased with my tangible waves system - it kind of reminds me of the deopefer system I started with, in that it's somewhat vanilla in terms of sound, uniformity of design and modular-modular approach (there's very little internally routed - it's all for patching). While there's noth...

Re: New Buchla format sequencer from SSL

When you say 200e format are we talking patch storage? It doesn't communicate with the Buchla patch storage, but it DOES have internal memory for 5 songs where you can string together up to 16 sequences each, AND 7 sequence memories with up to 16 steps per sequence - Non-volatile, of course. It's g...

A black option would be nice too, in order to match the buchla ones people will already have in cases, though I welcome wilder suggestions - blue
(like the lettering) sounds good.
