Re: Self generating patches....tips and ideas ?

https://soundcloud.com/zengomi/kiku 'Kiku' is a Japanese word. Depending upon context, it can mean 'chrysanthemum' or 'listen'. This piece of music combines two discreet generative patches. They influence each other to the extent that each was modified in relation to the other as they were develope...

Re: Expert Sleepers disting EX

The wait list at Detroit Modular can't be anywhere close to that long, I "pre-ordered" mine last Friday and it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow. You lucked out on the timing. I ordered a Disting EX from DM on June 2. It will arrive tomorrow. I think the discrepancy in turnaround time among dealers ca...

Re: Expert Sleepers disting EX

I also spoke with someone at PC today (told him about this thread). He said I'm second in line for the next batch; ordered on April 25. I'm guessing Os treats dealers equally. So high volume dealers have the largest backlog of orders. This module has elicited a feed-frenzy response. Thankfully for u...

Re: Panharmonium Questions

My current signature piece ('Duress') features Panharmonium being fed one Synth Tech ER370 VCO (doubled via a mult). Notes sequenced by ER-101, clocked by Marbles. ER370 is in MorphXY mode. X & Y parameters modulated by ADDAC 506 VC Stochastic Function Generator. Panharmonium is lightly FM'd by Doep...

Has anybody got the SW voice controller working in 10.5?
Yesterday I could work using SW 2.8.0. Today I "Updated" to 2.8.3 and now the voice controller doesn't work at all, rendering my system useless for working with my modular.
I don't even see the SW voice controller. Demo limitation?

Re: Apple Logic 10.5.0 Update breaks ES plugins

I tried 2_8_1 in the latest version of Logic. Crash.

UAD Luna, on the other hand, did not, but only a handful of the Silent Way plugins appear.

Re: Apple Logic 10.5.0 Update breaks ES plugins

UAD posted a workaround that works with its plugins. Might be worth trying. Workaround 1. Boot into Recovery Mode by depressing the ⌘ + R keys while restarting your Mac. 2. Choose Utilities > Terminal from the Menu bar (top of screen) on the Recovery screen. 3. Type the following command exactly in ...

This concerns my current signature track, 'Thou art an iris, visionary form'. It's a lamentation dedicated to Florian Schneider. Loquelic Iteritas is fed into the AM In of CG Products XR22 VCO FT. I switched LI's modes and Master throughout the recording. The XR22 can output a mix of its own sound a...

Serious kick drum, I like.
Thanks :-)

It was buried in the first mixes. EQing the New Timbral Oscillator made some space; then meaningfully EQing the BD808 was possible.

As for the Rainmaker (on NTO), went with 'L: DLY R: CMB', Stereo, with delay synced to the master clock.
