I suggest giving it a really good clean before inspecting it again. Flux residue can hide errors.

Is this correct or should it be 512-MMBF5484?

Monome Norns + Grid? Yes it has a screen but it isn’t really necessary once you have something loaded up. You can DIY the Norns.
