Re: Expert Sleepers disting EX

Hi, About the SC compressor (E5). I use it with traditional kick input side chaining my mix. (i guess most people do ?) problem is like to be able to have my kick post compression in my mixes. The way i do that is send my mix without kick to distingEX, split my kick to trig the sidechain and other s...

Re: Reaktor Blocks, Calibrating your oscillators question

Hi, I'm trying to configure my reaktor to control my ES-3 inside nuendo so i created a 8 bus out going to the ADAT connected to my ES3. Then, and audio track 8 channels in nuendo going to that output bus on this audio track i insert reaktor as FX and load my blocks. i create 8 terminals out hoping t...

Re: ES-3 tunning problem

ok thanks sorry to insist so i'm sure i understood. So in a sense the PICTH CV is here to calibrate the ES-3 outputs. The VCOs are calibrated with their own independent prodecure. And in futur i need to keep a PITCH CV OUT BLOCK calibrated to this specific output to avoid problems. Your not saying t...

ES-3 tunning problem

Hi, i use 5U (motm dotcom) modules and eurorack (mutables MOTM). i never had a perfect tunning but.. i would rarely record all modules at once, i would also compensate over ocatves if any problem and never had time to get into it. My setup is growing so now i can have multiple modules playing at onc...

Re: disting EX - i don't understand the freeze verb

understood !
so any parameter 5 set from -32 to 32 will change Z behavior to freeze by trun or press. Z will not affect the wet/dry anymore because paramter5 overrides it.
thx

Re: disting EX - i don't understand the freeze verb

hi, yes they both do ? from ~20 to ~32760 i say ~ because numbers are constantly moving around the 2 smalest digits. what happen on the reverb algorithms is that if i use the S pot to clic select then set the wet/dry signal (parameter 5) then the Z knob does not do wet/dry anymore it only does freez...

Re: Arturia rackbrute cases

Hi, i was considering 2 x 6U rackbrute for flight travel... but really it's out of size to fit european airline (average 56cm x 45cm x 25cm) if you consider the massive handle and it's long orange screw. It would be nice to have a lock system without the handle. Put it in a bag with a strap. Could a...
