problem with vagrant up - fixed

I'm trying to get vagrant/VM box running on OS X but it's not starting up properly. Did you ever come across it?

edit: it was a problem with OS X Sierra

Re: uT_u 8HP micro Temps Utile build

I just finished one and the encoder is in reverse orientation. Is there a way to change this in firmware or do I need to get new encoders?

Adding S-trig gate to Yarns/marbles

Is there any reason for why this wouldn't work? From a hardware point of view.

Re: Sequential Pro 3

Pro2 + Haible Living osc is where its at imo! Pro 3 should have had next gen digital oscs instead (think 4 osc version of shapeshifter or something like that)

Re: Sequential Pro 3

Looks cool but I’d have preferred an upgrade to the Pro2 concept with hi res FPGA oscillators with more wavetables, thru zero FM etc...

Seems like a great synth though

Re: Akai MPC One

how are CC# recording and editing handled in the MPC?

is it easy to record and tweak modulations from external synths? do you have some kind of parameter-lock thing going?

Re: Question about squarp pyramid midi CC learn function

I think what your asking is... Can you hold assign, move an internal controller then move an external controller and have the internal controller send out the same ccs as the external controller. thanks! yes this is what I meant and from reading the manual I don't think it can do it. Both the octat...

Question about squarp pyramid midi CC learn function

I'm not sure I understand this right. I'd like to be able to automatically assign a CC# via midi input to be able to p-lock the values per step. The octatrak does this really well but from reading the pyramid's manual it seems the midi learn function is more designed to assign the source of the modu...

if you record via usb you should(?) get a lossless recording.

so you can sync the two and just capture that on the fly instead of bouncing, transferring etc

what I'm interested is in recording loops from the modular (midi sync'ed or with click track as clock if it works)

and another quick question about monitoring, in the manual it says that when recording into the looper, audio playback from the clip is off. Does this mean that you can't hear the incoming audio while it is recording? this can't be right but that's sort if the way its written. I assume that with an ...

is there a way to stop the metronome from kicking in every time you do a real time recording. I know you can turn off by going to the metronome menu, but next time you start a new recording it starts again.... :despair:

btw, I think this sequencer deserves a better interface, if anyone would be willing to make a new PCB version with double the width to be able to use proper buttons (and in a row of 16) it'd be fantastic. Amazing sequencer! All the files are there, why not do it yourself? It wouldnt be hard and wou...

I'm stuck uploading the firmware. I have vagrant open in the performer-master folder. I can see the Makefile, Vagrantfile and build folders but none of the commands I usually use with MI stuff works.

Can one of you code wizes share the magic words?

mbrane/yarns - inverted encoder

I just finished a 6HP yarns (mbrane) and the encoder is inverted, can this be fixed in firmware?
