Does the ATN8 normally produce a lot of heat? Mine is mostly working (one channel is distorted) but this little thing gets HOT HOT HOT. I noticed it does pull a lot of power, so maybe normal for that many op amps to heat up.

Anybody else notice this?

Hi Everybody! So I built 3 performers, two working great, and one boots up, and rotating the encoder works, but none of the buttons (encoder or matrix) are working. Is this a "reflow the STM" situation? Anybody else experience this?

Okay! I isolated the power supply from the synth, and here's the voltages I am getting. For some reason, im getting about .7v from 2 of the 5v regulators. I have a MOTU ultralight, Ableton Live, and OS X 10.8.5.

The demo of silent way is AMAZING. I want to buy it. I think the website said OS X 10.9 was required, but it seems to work fine on my system.

Is there a reason not to purchase if I am on OSX 10.8.5 ?

Hey now, I figured it out!!!!!

My 'order' LED was backwards, and it was really affecting the whole circuit.

Got It!!!
After building the troubleshioting wiring harness, and an hour of poking around, i found 1 bad joint (missing square wave) and one backwards JFET(bad sine wave). All works now! Chubby sine waves all around.

Thank sweet baby jeesus for sockets.
