Yeah, no luck :\. I have +3V3 and +3V3_A. I have all of the hardware on the board, but only one lead soldered each. I can't imagine that being an issue if you can flash the board with no hardware.

Thanks,
Brian

Hi, Another programming question. I had an issue with a bridged electrolytic (the one after the regulator on elements). Pulled it, pulled the pad :deadbanana:, fixed it with a bit of solid core wire and a new cap, and now I'm getting 3.3v everywhere. For programming, I'm using st-link v2 with J-Tag ...

Hi, trying to build my second elements (first one was a disaster). Before I solder down all of the hardware (i.e., pots, jacks, and switch), I wanted to make sure I could flash the program on there. Should I be able to connect to with my STINK without the hardware? Or do I need everything soldered i...

After some 8 months of toil, finally at a point where I can show this off. This isn't even for me, built it for a fellow wiggler. It's not completely done, there are a bunch of spots for mods on this panel, but I need to take a break from this, get some room to breath for a few moments. Currently i...

 Thanks guys! For some reason when I looked up the 2N4250, I read the pinout as EBC, but didn't notice the direction... Also, thanks for explaining more of the technical side of it. I need to quit treating these projects as lego sets and start learning how they really work.

Cheers!

Are my trannies any good?

Hi, I was wondering if I could please get a little help. I am finally getting back to a stuff I never finished (CGS114)... I have a set of 2N4250s here. I wanted to test them to make sure they are good. I got them off ebay years ago. I unfortunately only have one of those cheap cent-tech digital met...

EMU 4x Turbo Bootup

Hi, I was wondering if anyone might have an idea where to go with this. I know this isn't really a forum for fixing hardware samplers but with all the great tech and DIY minds here, I thought I'd give it a try. I have an EMU 4x Turbo rack sampler (not an ultra). I got if off eBay cheap and I didn't ...

Ahh crap. I used the SMT chip. Thanks! I'll try flipping it. I was never confident I had it right. I am experiencing the same problem, also used the SMT version. Would be curious to hear if flipping it helped you solve it. Installed Q2 and it works. You might want to check the orientation of your Q...

Shit  :bang:  :bang:  :bang:  :bang: Looking back at the docs, I forgot Q2... I grouped it with Q1 and Q3 for not being installed if using T2. Completely disregarded it to the point where I just now saw it in the picture and then the BOM... *sigh* Well, on a positive note, this c...

I used only through-hole components. It think there`s a little dot on the board and corresponding on the component that should make the correct direction quite clear for the SMD part? Yea, (sucker is hard to see) and I thought I had it in the correct orientation... I'll definitely check before remo...

Someone mentioned that hey had thought the slope knob wasn't working but then later discovered on lower frequencies it was subtle. I'm not seeing (or hearing) any change from the slope control. I've tried low frequency waves and higher. I've tried several different levels of cutoff and Q. The pot is...
