Re: Ahhh... P Bass or J Bass.

Precision over Jazz. Neither will be quite like the MM SUB. I'm quite a fan of the AMVintage models but it is hard to go wrong with any of them set up the way you like.

Steppy does per step probability
Yes, then it’s a just a matter of rolling your own patterns. It’s really one hell of a module, no? Add a logic module after Steppy along with probability and things get interesting.
Definitely ... Steppy + Logic = BEATSFTW!

HafNumbrz by good.normal.things

Hi All,

Here's the first track by quarantine collaborators good.normal.things. "HafNumbrz", born of dusty MPC floppy disks, modular and email correspondence. Hope you enjoy!

I’ve powered down and restored successfully. The rest of the modules also have to restore after power cycle as well.

LP5 shredded me to bits the first time I heard it and still does to this day. Great disc.

Re: KOMA Field Kit

Made an EP this week using primarily the Field Kit. Really wanted to see what I could get out of a super minimal set up and it was great fun. I think I'll definitely be doing more of these. If you are interested in hearing it there is a Bandcamp link in my signature.

Re: Looking to create the Time Functionality of MN 0 CTRL

the interesting thing about using something like RCD is that there are quantized divisions against the master clock. It is indeed kind of a riff on the 250e movement from the manual but its a totally interesting flavor. big ups evil primeval!

Re: Weird Maths / Mult retrigger issue

I’ve noticed maths re triggering on the rising and falling edges of Turing machine pulse out. It is noticeable with short envelope shapes.

Use a Pressure Points/Brains combo and a 4ms RCD. One row of PP controls clock division on RCD, and you get quantized step length. I rocked this combo for years.
Are you suggesting pp cv out to rcd rotate? Can you further explain this arrangement?

Anyone seen this yet?

ALM Busy System Coupe

Looks like a pretty rad Squid Salample based system. I don't personally own any ALM but I keep coming back to them.

Re: MakeNoise Morphagene

Hey guys. New owner of Morphagene here, really like it. My unit has an older firmware. What do you consider to be the latest firmware that was stable and didnt have much problems? I see some reports here from the latest firmware, seems to be not the best? I use the latest firmware and I think it's ...

Re: Re:

are there any reaper ninjas that know how to streamline some of the operations for the morphagene...for example if I add multiple samples to a track, it would be nice to automatically have markers added to the end of each...or if I could just use some kind of key combo to move the cursor to the end...

Re: MakeNoise Morphagene

Love the new firmware options here, however my samples are playing back at different pitch/speed than what’s loaded on the card. At normal playback speed the sounds play at one half step higher.

Anyone else?

I’ll have to look into this further but maybe I’ll just reload and recalibrate.
