Logged back in after so long just to pay my respects here. Mike did so much for the scene, it cannot be understated.

But today my thoughts are with you guys. Be awesome to each other. We're here together thanks to Mike. Let's honour that.

have you considered the alternative?

If you have a normal, very long cable, then you can stretch that across the room as you need it, and from *there* use a normal stackcable.

fantastic to see RYO get some love. I love my optodist, and I find myself thinking of excuses to get a second, hehe.

Great demo, btw. I think detuned saws going into the optodist is the most brilliant thing, so I'm glad to see that featured as well!

I'll ask here: Does anyone know where to get a 32HP panel?

I'm desperate, but I don't want to cut aluminium myself, as I'm not really set up for it.

Alternatively, cheap 84HP full panels so that I can chop 'em myself. Hopefully cheaper than reichelt?

Blank 32HP euro panels for big cgs panels?

Yeah, I'm looking for some of these to do clarke58-style cgs panels, and I'm striking out. :despair:

finding 42hp is easy, but 32HP is nigh-on impossible.

looking like it should come in at the typical DIY/Retail kind of discount ratio.
this sounds almost like you're being deliberately vague :( I hope I'm not the only one who hasn't the foggiest about that ratio?

it didn't sound like there was interpolation on the knobs - which means pitch and frequency changes will be steppy.

I'm interested to hear whether or not I'm wrong about that :hide:

it isn't an adsr, although it can be patched as one.

It's a voltage controlled slew, which essentially is an A/D or A/R envelope with vc over a and d/r.

@TheBradster: with the tta envelope and the maths you can make a nice chaotic system: lfo1->cv in on lfo2-> cv in on lfo3->cv in on lfo1 etc.

I'm in.

making the clock slower didn't help much. it just made the envelopes blocky and distorted in a weird way. Huh... veeery interesting. I'd love to see a scope shot of it with the clock really slow. I mean, we envelope follow to generate modulation signals - a blocky modulation signal could be really ...
