Re: Patch and Tweak book?

A “pretty” book but also one that’s full of great information.

The people that moan about behringer are either competing against behringer on a micro scale or pretentious people with too much money who love the attention they get from their expensive toys.
No other possibilities? I’m tempted as well but that’s an unsupported over-simplification.

I’ve got the Sensel Morph, which I like, but quite tempted by the new Keystep 37.

Re: Buchla Easel Command Module 208C

The gate and cv jacks on the back on the 208C are inputs, not outputs. They work nicely with Eurorack level 1 v/oct and gates.

Neither did I!

Is there some aspect of using it that you have questions about? A popular module so I’m sure a lot of people can help. I’m also wondering if yours has the standard or expert firmware. I’ve only run mine with the standard.

Re: XAOC BATUMI

Mine goes to 737 hz, with an offset on the frequency input. I've looked at it on a scope. The amplitude starts decreasing past 500 Hz or so but it doesn't distort signficantly until right near the top.

Not sure why you're expecting an LFO to work well into the audio range.

Yes, I think pressing both buttons puts you in calibration mode.

I wish Behringer made cars. I would buy their Ferrari Testarrosa rip off, and put go-faster stripes on it, with furry dice for the inside.
Here you go, if you don't mind an Enzo rather than a TR.

Re: Xaoc Jena, Drezno, Lipsk: Leibniz Binary Subsystem update!

I just made a quickie video: square waves from Batumi, in phase mode, to the four most significant bit inputs on Drezno. Sorry for the shakycam. A bit of a stretch from my rack to the scope.

Re: Xaoc Jena, Drezno, Lipsk: Leibniz Binary Subsystem update!

It doesn't do Boolean logic operations though it pairs nicely with modules that do since it takes something in the analog domain, gives you bits out, and you can perform operations on those bits before, if you like, having Drezo convert it back to analog. Feed it gates into the digital inputs and yo...

Thanks, makers! Yes, I was wondering about the MPE vs. XYZ included presets. I tried putting a different preset in but now it occurs to me that I probably didn’t actually switch presets. I’ll try again in the morning. And big thanks for working on a better preset!

Thanks, I'll check. It works okay with my Arturia MiniLab. I just noticed that I can get it to control the mod oscillator but only if I touch two pads at once. So something funny going on. I'll check the config in the Sensel app.

My Sense Morph arrived today. Has anyone gotten it to work with their Command? Envelope switch set to Keyboard, both oscillators set to Keyboard on. I know pr...

Standalone 208c or Easel Command? If the latter, it has a 1 v/oct input.
