What is everyone using to trigger Sinfonion? I’m currently using Eloquencer for chords and Batumi for Arpeggios I’m in love with this module and I’ve only had it two days :sb: :guinness: :guinness: Right now I am driving it from the five12 Vector + expander. Once I have played my upcoming sho...

Oh no - I have been loving the sinfonion, but today, when I came home, suddenly all of my song 1 parts (A, B, C, D) had reverted back to the default (C Chords C Lydian) :(

Since the Vector is a US-originated product, you *should* be able to re-import it without having to pay duty on it, assuming the seller fills out the paperwork correctly and declares it of US origin, IIRC

Waiting for comparisons to Stillson Hammer for anyone out there.. I am selling my stillson hammer now that I have the Vector. The SH is a great sequencer, don't get me wrong, but I don't like the fact that as soon as you change channels, the faders don't represent the state of the sequence. I also ...

Not disagreeing, just sharing that their website is now also taking preorders for those inclined. I emailed Dan at DM who confirmed they will be getting some of the first batch. I have preordered from them before and always found them to come through (unlike Perfect Circuit who will post preorders ...

I have the Vector and the expander and will be using it for my first Modular on the Spot performance in Austin this weekend. I've been meaning to make a longer post but suffice to say I am loving it so far - my modular was designed to be more of a studio tool instead of a live performance tool, but ...

Re: preferred place to pre-order

The video has sold me - is there a preferred retailer to pre-order from in the US? Detroit Modular, Perfect Circuit and Noisebug are all listed as ACL dealers, but at this time, only Perfect Circuit seems to be offering preorders for Sinfonion. This fact worries me. I could be wrong, but ISTR some ...

https://soundcloud.com/giftculture/modular-insects-birdsong-res-4-birdsong-zadar-byome This modular synthesizer patch is a fun attempt to make an environment that sounds real, and yet, very synthetic. It features the cwejman RES-4 quad VC resonator as well as both the XAOC Batumi Quad LFO and Zadar ...

I think that if he were to retain the Tao as a preface, the typeface he selected shou...

You get it-- the cursive style matches the pseudo religious tone. It's only on that single page-- everything else is blah Word defaults. I was more inspired by the Tao of Physics , but ZATAMM works too. Also, some posters for sale at a local head shop. (Google the Serenity Prayer and look at images...

If signal be lost, the beholder must follow the path from beginning to end, ensuring the soundness and proper placement of patch cords and the settings of each device. I guess the joke is lost on this generation. You have to remember where I was teaching, Santa Cruz California, about halfway between Esalen and Haight-Ashbury. I’ll post something more representative later this evening. It's not lost on me! I'm 57, spent the first 12 years of my life (1960 to 1972)...
