Re: VERBOS ELECTRONICS

https://youtu.be/LNXyTT9m3tY Based around two sequencers running at different speeds (unsynced) feeding two analog oscillators. These are then summed in an analog filter which is modulated by an unsynced envelope generator. Reverb, pitch shifting delay and a bit of saturation for good measure. Verb...

Re: Let's see your performance case!

Here's my live case. Three oscillators, five low pass gates / filters, two tubes, a noise source, a phaser and a BBD delay / flanger. 100% analog signal path.

Re: Verbos Harmonic Oscilator (wonderful instrument)

For something a little bit different... Verbos Harmonic Oscillator is my rock'n'roll band! Last week I played a gig based pretty much around a single Verbos Harmonic Oscillator. The only additional source is Verbos Complex Oscillator providing that pseudo-clap. This is a live recording of a song fro...

Re: Best looking single origin Eurorack (aesthetics only)

I vote Doepfer. Love love love that unified grayscale industrial look.

:doepfer: :oldmanureuro: :eurorack:

Yes, I've got Verbos, Make Noise, Erica Synths and many other cool brands too, but an all-Doepfer system is still my favourite when it comes to aesthetics.

Blind Monk Navigator - polyphonic analog synth

Haven't seen this mentioned here yet. Looks very interesting: https://www.blindmonkinstruments.com/page7.html NAVIGATOR by Blind Monk Navigator is polyphonic analog synth with a great sound and tons of modulation capabilities. Each voice has: 2 Oscillators + Sub Oscillator + Ring Modulator 3 LFOs 2 ...

For fat sounds you should try combining both outputs. I've read somewhere that the sub is detuned by a few cents to give it a thicker character. Very powerful, very clever design. And no menus! I'm not sure if switching CV destination by long pressing the bank switch button and then pressing to swi...

For me Erica Synths Black Wavetable VCO is the most ergonomic wavetable VCO. It may not have too many options, menus, but that is its strongest point. It invites experimentation and has a very straightforward interface. I disagree that it has too few modulation options. 3 CV ins give plenty of optio...

I highly recommend you get a few Doepfer modules. You will be surprised with the results. The new breed of Top20 modules will only get you as far as their preset architecture allows. Marbles into Rings into Clouds. That type of thing. I would get: Doepfer A-156 dual quantizer Doepfer A-160-2 clock d...

Connecting LED strip to Pamela's New Workout :)

(TOTAL DIY NOOB WARNING!!!!!) I have an idea and zero DIY skills and thought I would ask here first before I get electrocuted. :eel: I'd like to power an LED strip and control light brightness with an 0-5V output from Pamela's New Workout. I know that Doepfer have a module just for that, but perhaps...

Also, Sputnik Quad VCF/VCA makes my HO shine.
If you haven't you should definitely check out Verbos ATC.

James - appreciate your input! Looks great. I will only be powering one or two Ikea USB lights in my live case. I'd imagine power draw is insignificant.
