The technique of "capturing long swathes of experimentation" and then cutting up and editing into something cohesive is common...but I try and take a step further. My configuration which has yielded the most finished songs and gotten me gigs has been the same for 20+ years 1) a hardware MIDI sequen...

Having said that - the module is excellent. There is such a wide range of pleasing sounds in this thing, and just playing around with the various ratios is such a joy. would love to hear some Audio from you. I'd be happy to make a sort of demo of it, but just beware that I probably apprec...

Anyone else have this strange behavior; I find the Mimeophon a little noisy, but strangely it gets less white noisy as I move from Dry to Wet (wet settings are no repeats, no halo & color set to middle). :hmm: I’ve got a touch of the morphagene type digital floor noise at times as well. I can usual...

Just thinking about this some more...does anyone have a sense of whether this affects some MN modules more than others? e.g. several people seem to be complaining about DPO and MMG...less so other modules. I've been wanting a DPO for ages but this has really put me off. I find fixing stuff to be a ...

What has Make Noise said about the issue? More or less : „Sorry, try turning the knob fast 30-40 times from counter Clockwise to Clockwise and/or compressed Air, if this not helps ship it to Dealer or us and they change the Knobs.“ i have send my Dpo 3 times (2 times in less then a Year) to Schneid...

I love Make Noise, but yes they are using the worst pots/knobs in Eurorack land, demanding Boutique Prices and delivering Modules with this poor Knob Quality is something to criticize. I have send my DPO 3 Times, Math and Function 2 times etc. DPO pot issue ruined so many Modular Jam recordings that...

Sounds lovely in the demo. "Supercritical"? "Demon Core"? I guess one could say the modular industry is.... ..... at a "Crossroads". Very tempting oscillator...technically. It's really a pity that it has a pentagram on its faceplate and a "demon core" because that way it s a no-go for me personally...

thanks for the feedback, i need to investigate more. i´m new to using sd cards.
