Fab video’s mate. Awesome nostalgia. I’d not heard of Specdrum before though, I missed out!

Re: Show us your Bugbrand Set up

Its good to be back my friend. Thats a monster you created out of my old system!! :omg: I'm staying small now, sold off a load of stuff and keeping it simple. :sb: Oh wow, Dan, you're back, awesome ! (see p 15 to check what your older system has become in the meantime  ) Hey Batchas, the Orgo...

Re: Hello Hordijk System

Thanks Neovintage, The Hordijk is now gone. I will miss it. Absolute beast of a modular. I was quite sad when it finally went but time to change things up a bit. I've had the system for longer than any other, except the Synthi which just outlasts it and the Korg MS-10 my Dad got me when I was a nipp...

Re: cases for MU in the EU for me

Thanks to everyone for the advice. Gerd, that's awesome mate, a brilliant resource for me to use. I like the idea of using the threaded inserts. I'll definitely do that. As an update, I spoke to my friend tonight about getting it made and he is more than happy to take it on. He's a good chippy and t...

Re: cases for MU in the EU for me

^ Thats a great looking rig! Getting it built does sound like a plan (the only plan!!). I actually know a couple of chippies, one of whom used to make very high end furniture. I may give them a shout and float it past them. My only worry is that it does have to be spot on and I'm not sure what to do...

cases for MU in the EU for me

I want to expand the 5U I have into a nice case. I'm open to what's around but ideally 3 rows from 12 up to say 16 units wide. I'm struggling to find anyone in the UK selling cabinets. I'm no woodworker and to be honest I have little desire to become one. Is there anyone around that makes or sells 5...

Re: Controlling Ciat Lonbarde with Buchlas and vice versa.

I used to have a bit of fun using the tetrax with banana synths and the banana version CQ was also great with other banana synths. Like laser palace suggests, some of the voltages are a bit weird. Perhaps the term "control" should be applied in the loosest sense. Guide may be a better description! h...

Yes, its very predictable. if you play it in the same place in the same way it will sound the same way. But its extremely expressive so it responds to where and how you play it very well. it will respond to different techniques, you do have to adjust your technique and learn it though. it works from...

It's ace, but, I play frame drums anyway so it gets a lot of use. I'm pretty sure I had the first one in the UK (other than endorsee's) so have had it for a good while now and I still love it. Firmware 2.0 is really nice and adds quite a lot. I can't speak form a non percussionist perspective but I ...

Allow me to alert you that Volume 2 of my Bastard Science series is now released. The loooong first and last tracks are more or less entirely made on the Hordijk. The middle one was...

I don’t think it was your intention but please don’t assume to speak for everyone. I’m happy to see Demos, jams etc in a thread about a synth.

That looks really interesting, seems there may be enough space to drill it out and swap the 1/8 for 1/4 jacks. A cool little clock box to patch up to the Hordijk modular ... I was wanting something like this to give the Klee some courage also: https://handmadeelectronicinstruments.com/product/clock-...

I'm finding it hard to comprehend how anyone can think it isn't at least a little bit out of order to register someone else trademark of a product still in production. And the wigglers citing synthesisers for the masses, starving children and white privilege... Big Lolz
