Re: King of the Kicks

Loving my Bld-2 even more than when I received it. What a beast. It took me some time to reallllly get the most out of it. Killer module.

Re: Panharmonium Questions

Cool, boramx! Just to follow up - I am LOVING the panharmonium. So far I've mostly been running weird, esoteric stuff through it like Benjolin, Drone Commander and Mungo g0. It's like a cosmic symphony of mellow chaos. Perfect. Can you share some demos? I'm not very convinced so far, but your descr...

Re: Panharmonium Questions

I was a bit disappointed with what I heard but maybe (probably?) I was judging more the 'patcher' than the module.
It's hard to spend that amount of money without being fully convinced please convince me :)

Anyone can share good demos?

Re: Modules that made you say "where have you been my whole life!?"

Can I kick it?

Cwejman bld mk2.

Been spending lot of time patching my own kicks using my modular system, then now everything is done with a single module... And it can do so much more!

Re: MFB 522 Drum Modules

Thank you so much! I recently got the Clap 522 and was really disappointed. Turns out I quite like the character of the other modules. Good to know. You're welcome Señor :tu: I actually like the Clap a lot. I like the way the Decay and the Filter sounds. Like a shaper and a somewhat reverb kind of ...

Re: MFB 522 Drum Modules

Thank you!

Have hh 07 and clap 08. Love them!

There are some slight differences in design, clap 08 is stéréo. But they sound very close IMO.

Will investigate more!

Any other module/synth that can be compared to it?

I'd like to check other options.

Re: Never meet your heroes

It's not that I'm disappointed, but the modular world isn't that compatible with my workflow so far and I kinda regret not going the polysynths + pedals sooner. I enjoy some stuff, but it leads to certain genre specific habits that I don't really enjoy. This should deserve a thread. I feel you. A p...

Re: Befaco VCMC voltage controlled MIDI controller

Can we use 1 VCMC for 2 synths using a midi splitter cable/device, and configure port 1 for the 1st synth, and port 2 for second synth? So : VCMC configured to send to MIDI PORT_1 for the 1-4 outputs ->midi splitter/cable-> Synth_1 VCMC configured to send to MIDI PORT_2 for the 5-8 outputs ->midi sp...

Re: ES-9 Inputs 1 and 2 - 48k digital noise

I told about it in the ES-9 thread on the main section of MW. Here are my messages : I have very low but audible high frequencies noise from input 1&2. No pb at all, dead quiet on the others. I haven't noticed it till recently in studio recording situation. Will do a screenshot next week. Meanwhile,...

Re: Recommend your weirdest craziest FX machine ever

honestly it´s hard to keep tracking of hours and hours of recordings. And also tempo and pitch are sometimes all over the place. The modular way is a real challenge to my usual workflow. I like the results I get, but use them in more "conventional" music is not easy. Perfectly summed up my experien...
