Thank you! I'm still new to the SH world, and I need to familiarize myself with more of the updates and resources. Glad to hear it's not some big problem with my module, and that it has a workaround! Also, I usually clock master tempo from the Circadian Rhythms anyway, so it's not a huge deal! Thank...

Hello! I just got a brand new Stilson Hammer Mk II, and I'm loving it so far. However, I've run into what seems to be a bug no amount of manual reading or menu diving has been able to fix: - My internal clock manual control does not seem to work. I have tried the shift-mode keystroke to enable/disab...

+1 on the SISM. Really cool module that lets you take "slices" of + and - voltage parameters from multiple channels. A surprisingly deep module for sure. An attenuator like SISM is crucial for when I modulate the e350 morphing terrarium. Instead of every single modulation being these wild, drastic c...

Live jam with phonogene, rene, e350, and planar.
Phonogene sampling the last time I ever got to play my drums before a flood destroyed them! Thought it was a cool way to commemorate my old trap set. EOS clock out on the phonogene clocking the 4ms QCD. Rene on sequencing/quantizing duties. I...

First live jam in the new Goike case, w/ acid flashbacks.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEK_jq8RxQ0 Patch breakdown: 808 kick and toms looped on phonogene. EOS out on phonogene slaving the 4ms QCD (with some cv controls over the loop start) Rene was clocked by QCD, as was the shaker later in the song. (The cv to the shaker was running through the 4...

A good mixture of nice sounds and tunes. While all were great, I was mostly drawn to the second piece "Mouthbreather" and how the bass synth "quoted" the melodic passage from the first piece "ThiiisWayUp!".... cool stuff! Thank you!! I'm glad someone noticed. I'm working really hard on making more ...

Awesome piece! Thanks for reminding me to get renters insurance! That is a scary thought! :ripbanana: Totally worth it. Ended up being more than worth it, because some used gear I was planning on selling anyway got damaged! It was like expedited sales! Thankfully no synths were harmed in the proces...

MOUTHBREATHER (experimental jazz/electronic beats)
http://soundcloud.com/miiidas/sets/mouthbreather So I recently downsized my setup. My old basement flooded and I lost a bunch of gear in the process. Thankfully it was insured, so it turned out to have a pretty solid silver lining. We've since moved, and I'm putting the money back into a larger mod...

I made a pretty cool trailer for my next jazz/electronic EP.
Background: I've been taking piano and theory for the past 20 years of my life, and I've been delving heavily into jazz. This, coupled with my love of modular synthesizers and music hardware of all sorts has spawned a new direction of music f...

Low-Fidelity, Basement Flooding, Out-of-Tune Piano Blues
The house we're in is erupting from the basement up and we're moving tomorrow. Lots of gear lost (but thankfully insured). Houses always get heaviest to me right before I leave them, and I just couldn't shake the vibes tonight.

Hey! So the space between the notes sounds like it's coming from the opening up of a low pass filter. Usually a sequencer isn't going to make the swelling. To accomplish this on eurorack, using a cv control to increase the cutoff frequency of a filter and then decrease as the three notes progress wo...
