Re: [New Module] its coming... / ACL WT QUAD LFO
gotta say im somewhat surprised to see this type of interface coming from ACL. ACL modules usually have an unforgivingly great sense of ergonomics and 1 knob per function. i love the idea of a sync-able wavetable LFO but why everyone’s gotta pack 4 of them into a tiny space with shared controls on a...

Re: Schippmann to end Eurorack production
cool examples yall DTG has proved to be the deepest module i think ive ever had, as an all analogue envelope thats quite the unique experience, but it takes a long time for me to really learn it but im getting there. For me, even just the expressiveness and controls just sticking my keyboard gates i...

Re: Mungo g0 - Simple Demos plus visual Guide
i just really wish the midi program change would load the sample slot, its such a pain to rotate through all the samples, imo its the biggest interface drawback of this and the c1 also The c1 (and revised g0) will recall the file name from the card when saving/loading along with all the other setti...

Re: Mungo g0 - Simple Demos plus visual Guide
Ok, I don't really get the difference between two live modes, either :hmm: as far as i can tell its just a difference for how the gate input works, to record buffer or to stop recording the buffer maybe? try sticking an lfo that goes to audio rate in there :) (Random hint: use it as an oscillator)....

seriously though i dont think a synth like that would offer much flexibility in the end would just be a pain to patch the exact same way every time

i could agree with that, there have been times i like sweeping an lfo from low frequency to audio rates, even if it doesnt track v/oct it can be expressive

Re: Synth Tech e520 Hyperion Stereo Audio Processor
thanks Paul thats pretty awesome you are so accepting of ideas for your product. here is an idea i have.... i had a lot of fun connecting a SawUp LFO to the time parameter in Granular Pitch Algo as a live granular kind of sound but i found i was having a lot of fun deep in the LFO page toying with t...

Re: Cwejman in 2020.
MMF-2: I don't know if this is the right thread for my question: Cwejman has no manuals, so does somebody know, for what the Left or Right Cutoff "Cal" CV inputs are for on the MMF-2? Could it be that its 1.0V/oct calibrated? i don't have a sequencer so .. thats exactly what it is. there is a separ...

Re: Mungo Enterprises c1, convolution, delay, sampler
its just a regular switch so it can be mounted anywhere as long as the cables reach your mungo module. id suggest using intellijel’s 2hp blank 1u panel, just drill a hole in it and youre good to go

i can tell the filters sound good in this when in motion, but im curious for the “dj style kill filter” application, is it actually transparent to the dry signal when left open?
especially with kick drum/snare/hats id like to know

Re: Synth Tech e520 Hyperion Stereo Audio Processor
im very impressed with it. its not what i was expecting, but even better. the spectral delay and drone is my favorite so far. at first i had trouble understanding things and id say to just keep the feedback levels down low to help. the sound of this module overall is just very hi-fi. stereo field is...

Re: Synth Tech e520 Hyperion Stereo Audio Processor
i just received mine, excited to test some stuff out. i cant seem to find something i kind of presumed... is there a way to have shared controls between left and right? specifically for feedback and wet/dry maybe i spoke too soon, i think you can set it in the p2 page for feedback? still on the hunt...

just thought id drop in here as an owner of both Cwejman MX-4S and Promodular MIIIIX for a short comparison, cant remember if i did this already in this thread so i apologize if i have. Im keeping both, they are both amazing. just running sound through the channels (no vca in use), both mixers sound...

would love to hear your demos Carrousel
yea im tempted to add one next to my multidelay eventually, feedback patching/getting the Sarajewo to play on sync while the verbos echoes the spaces in between

Re: Xaoc Devices Sarajewo: Syncable Analog Delay Line SHIPPING NOW!
Can someone convince me to keep the Verbos Multi Delay vs. having 2 of these? The HP savings is tempting and the sound... The Verbos is a digital delay emulating an analog delay; so not really any point to it since you can do the same thing more efficiently and cheaply in software, and it's rather ...

Re: Frap Tools QSC - Quad Stereo Channel Mixer
Mono sends on a stereo mixer? I don't understand this decision either. This doesn't make sense to me. Frap Tools designs some great modules so they obviously know what they're doing. Maybe I'm missing something. :despair: It makes sense when you consider the whole CGM system. But - you just made me...

Re: What's your favourite LFO that can be very tightly synced to external clock?
i just put in an order for a 4ms PEG after years of wanting a proper sync’d lfo. Its got everything, and better yet everything is available on the front panel no compromises. the only thing id want extra would be direct control of phase but you can do some of that with self patching. of course i hav...

Re: Schippmann to end Eurorack production
ive noticed something extremely strange today with the DTG that i cant seem to figure out. When i have a high gate at ENV-GATE input of the SECOND channel, my GATE input of the FIRST channel does not work until there is a high gate at the GT-RES of the FIRST channel. This doesnt happen when i revers...
