https://www.instagram.com/p/B8zR7Rfh0mg/?igshid=3mhjutmrcw6b Hope this shows up. My smartphone rear camera broke so can only use the front 'selfie' lens so I couldn't compose the picture at all and it's wobbly - apologies. Just received my Matrix and can't praise it enough, it sounds, feels and look...

Re: Cheekies

Great designs Tom! Yep I find the gapless wall of modules effect pretty great though. Will take a snap so others can see next time I get my digital camera out! I’d love to see your 5-row bomber if you do get around to it.I have 3 rows now, but looking ahead to 4 or 5. See above! They're lovely chee...

Re: Cheekies

Sweet Tom that looks really nice

Very happy with my 5 row bomber, really compliments my setup. I noticed when moving modules around last night it's impossible to move modules around unless you seriously loosen the screws, gets so tight. No biggie though!

The built version is really amazing value. If I didn't have those bases covered I'd be on it like a flash

Re: ? using NCom/Logic to sync Serge to External Drum Machine

Nice vid!

You could try a filter between the preamp and dusg to try and isolate sounds / get more pronounced envelope following behaviour. Bandpass ideal or hp/lp for a different effect

Re: Why are people selling Mutable Instruments?

I've bought several mutable designs in eurorack and frac - grids, marbles, stages, clouds, probably more - due to hype really looking back and just didn't enjoy them as much as I thought I would. Ultimately I prefer more simple units that don't have features hidden behind buttons etc and wasn't too ...

https://www.gofundme.com/f/pauline-anna-strom-recovery Sad news that she suffered a traumatic injury but good news is she's making music again according to the news story on fact magazine! Looks like this funding is still live if you want to help. Such beautiful, inspiring and insightful music. Pure...

Re: Buying from Ramdon Source/73-75 Post EU UK

As far as I know not much has changed overnight. The UK is now in the "transition period" lol of leaving the EU, meant to end 31 December so "we're" still in the customs union thank fuck.

Re: Interested in a reprint of Allen Strange's Electronic Music?

Definitely would like to pick up a copy - probably spiral bound if it's more practical as a manual one can follow along Vs hardback The "Patch & Tweak" book went hardback, but bound in such a way that ensured it lay virtually flat, so it is possible to have the best of both worlds :sb: If that's th...

Re: Exceptional rap...

Huge fan of early 90s west coast rap music, most of it too rude to share unfortunately (homophobia and misogyny makes me cringe but it still sounds great apart from the real bad bits!)
Try and work out what he's saying here though -
