I had to replace that same chip 4 times in 5 years. Cool Audio worked fine. I started buying them 2 at a time because shipping cost more than the chip.

I’ve only had my set of System X modules for about a month, and I’ve been traveling for work most of that time. I should have them up nex...

Stasis Leak by Frequency Central

I’ve been sitting on this for a few weeks, but since it’s live on Facebook, I figured it was fair game for a thread. This is a 1u wide Chorus/Delay/Reverb module. Some important facts: 1. It will be available assembled or as DIY. 2. The reverb and chorus are the only effects that run stereo. 3. If y...

I realize that you’ve already purchased the FSFX DDL, but in case any one else is following along, a new delay module was released today. The Stasis Leak by Frequency Central. It’s a 1u chorus/delay/reverb module. It has tap tempo for the delay, as well as external clock input, and it has multiple C...

It seems there are too many variables at play to get everyone doing the same thing. The etched panels coming out of UK are the most accurate to the standard that Moog set 50 years ago. Synthesizers.com didn’t have those shops in the UK as a resource when they started, so they came up with a solution...

I have a number of these panels in my system, and soon to be ALL of them in my system. As a previous customer of resynthesis, I’m happy with the quality of these panels, not to mention the fast service. I can’t say enough good things.

I have a YouTube channel dedicated almost exclusively to Mu format reviews. I will review any module that a manufacturer sends me, and I will return the modules afterward.

There is a few added features over the Eurorack, for instance 1. The VCO has a built-in triangle LFO that is normaled to the PWM Input, if there is nothing plugged in to pwm. So you have an LFO RATE knob, and then you use the PWM attenuator to adjust the depth of the LFO. 2. The Gate inputs of the d...

I opted for consistent ergonomics over trying to cram as much in as possible. 1u vco have a place, but there were too many important features to try and fit them all in 1u. Another important note about the heritage of the 100m is that all of the panels are the same width, as far as I know. We wanted...

Another vote for the CV.OCD I have two in my studio, one fore each modular. One is configured to be a pair of mono synths, each with velocity and two gate outputs so I don't have to use mults, and a handful of midi to clock variations. The second one is configured to be a single mono synth with pitc...

The C104 is also made of more robust materials. Not a silkscreened panel that will scratch, and not made with cheap knock off jacks and pots, but real switchcraft parts.

I have a voltage controlled clock divider that I love. It’s a Eurorack PCB made by SSSR LABS, but it had an MOTM power header and they said it would be fine on 15V, and it is.

It has two channels and can be normaled/daisychained. And it’s limited to “musical divisions”.

I went with -5 - 5 on the Cutoff frequency out of respect for Bob's original design, as is the name. Trumansburg, NY was the home of the original Moog shop. You're not the first person to have asked, don't worry.
