One point - I use an IDE programmer on these, but in theory you can use an audio file to update (haven't tested this yet). I'm not overly keen on sending loads out if users can't perform any firmware update. Anyways - curious what people think? Hi Tom, I’ve got a PICKIT 3 programmer that I use to u...

Some how missed this thread, the prototype looks fantastic and matrix mixers are something I'm becoming more and more interested in from a feedback perspective largely due to the CL plumbutter & how you can create interesting feedback loops in that. Will almost certainly go for this once ready!

yeah that's not normal behavior. It does sound slightly quieter, and it can be hard to hear, for instance if you're only mixing op A and it's just a sine wave, but you should definitely be able to hear it when FMing one op with the other, or in XOR mode. Thanks, that's what I thought .... I'll have...

Quick question - no matter what I do the MIX out is just a quieter version of the MAIN out, I thought the MIX out was an analogue sum of the AUX & MAIN outs? I'm running the latest firmware - could someone help me figure this out please? What is your AUX OUT assigned to? Sounds like there might be ...

Recent convert to CL instruments - here's a piece I made with the Cocoquantas 2 last weekend. Samples from an ER-301 processed through the Coco into reverb/delay.

(And I just received my Plumbutter 2 this morning  )

You could potentially cover such nylon washers with acrylic paint perhaps? Don't think I ever saw 'interesting' colours.
Perfect! Thanks

Thanks for the info.

The size of the holes from 1/4" jacks is the biggest problem to figure out, I'll have a think.

Convert 1/4" jacks to banana on reds

Hi everyone, I've noticed that the 1/4" jacks on the stand alone reds have discrete PCBs that are then connected to the main board via cables. As I use my Bugbrand system independently/self contained I was wondering if it's possible to replace the 1/4" jacks with bananas? I made some of those 1/4"-b...

OOOF looks good with the red RCD next door. Mine died with the magic smoke just before I left for the states :waah: might build another over 2 panels so it's a bit more sturdy and less of a kludge behind the panel - very useful with the drm's, radio music, tresses, ddsr and envelopes etc. Maybe if ...

IME / Harvestman live rigs & performances

Hi everyone, wanted to share a recording of a liveset I did a couple of weeks ago using an IME focussed 7U rig (see photo below) - this is not my usual live setup but due to constraints on how much gear I was able to to use I decided to go with my IME system ... so pleased I did .... a lot of fun an...

Congrats, Vcoadsr! As I mentioned before, this one is exactly like my starter system from 2010 (?). Very well composed, with a large number of sound sources, shapings, filter+LPG, the wonderful VCA/Drive, and the completely fantastic PT Delay. Enjoy! Yeah, thanks, just need to get an adaptor sorted...
