Orgone accumulator has a chord mode. Not too shabby! I used that until I found an esq1 at a nice price. It is sampled and played back via Radio Music or Qu-bit nebulae.

It appears that your signal is peaking at -12dbfs, which is normal and acceptable when recording at 24 bits. Many articles can be found on the internet explaining why this is so.

I have these in my case. The key to using makerbeam rails is to mount your modules with makerbeam's "hammer head" style bolts. Insert the bolt into the rail head first, mount the module over the threaded part of the bolt, and finally twist on the nut. I can post pics next time I get into the studio ...

you can use a metal hole punch on dibond, really easy to work. You probably shouldn't attempt iron-on front panel graphics because the ABS melts like butter.

It maybe worth while to have the cv jacks on your future eurorack converted to bananas jacks ala Buchla, so it would be easier to keep your cv and audio signals straight. That being said, I once let an inexperienced friend (who can see perfectly fine) play with my eurorack and he plugged cv into aud...

BEAST (Daniel Menche) Remix - all modular mayhem

Hey wigglers, I recently had the honor of remixing a track for Daniel Menche's relentlessly brutal project BEAST. Check it out! There are also some great works by Alex Barnett, Brandon Nickel and other talented sound manglers. The download is free with the option to name your price. All money goes t...

A 1/16" sheet or acrylic will be adequate for a blank panel, unless you like to play the modular synthesizer with hammers. Try not to stress the panel too much! I have found that is far too thin as a panel for a functional module, however.

From the RS95 manual: The output from the SINE OUTPUT socket varies from approximately ±1.5V to ±2.5V, depending upon the waveform produced. This is already quiet compared to other wave forms, and changing the harmonics of the wave via wave shaping is going to change the perceived volume as we...
