Re: Supercritical NEUTRON FLUX 8 Pole Variable Character Filter

Damn, wearing a Sunn )))) shirt in the interview makes me interested. O))) forever! Can't wait to breath the frequencies in a live situation again. Thanks for the kind comments people! Now that I got my video setup up n' running again, what kind of patch ideas would you be interested to see of the ...

Re: Our answer to modular polyphony: Supercritical Synthesizers

Finally got my MIDI cable working! Excited but can't figure out how to get polyphony? With the midi plugged into TRS and playing fine, except no polyphony. Am I missing something? Edit: Quickly got it. Keystep was in chord mode :foul: Cool! Didn't know the Keystep had a chord mode though I have one...

Re: mini mic into Eurorack

I soldered this Y-cable with a similar schematic posted earlier. I use one end connected to a offset module (set to around 5V) and one end in a VCA which is used to amplify the signal. That's a quick and dirty solution that won't require any special modules.

Re: Hemisphere for Ornament and Crime: Logarhythm Branch

Awesome stuff, thanks!

Managed to hack this in the Hemisphere beta5, preserving almost everything relevant from the OG oc firmware.

Works exceptionally well with the Mutable Peaks.

All check.

I’ll add THOU SHALL ADD EASTER EGGS IN THE PCB LABELS

Just now drawing the panel for our filter. 12hp - Y’all want two or four mounting slots for this? 8hp is ofc two and 14hp is always four.

Re: Double Sem A-106-5 or Wasp+Sem Filters

Actually this is a subject we're currently working on for a upcoming stereo filter product (Supercritical Neutron Flux Filter). I've been researching the concept of stereo spread with two filters for a while now. First I was looking for two Doepfer SEM filters but ended up building three Mutable Rip...

Re: Our answer to modular polyphony: Supercritical Synthesizers

Yo-yo!

We encountered a bug in 1.2 firmware. When you set a new MIDI channel it doesn't get recovered properly. There's a fix for it in firmware 1.3

You can find it at our site: http://supercriticalsynthesizers.com/demon-core-oscillator/

The name escapes me at the moment, but there are polyphonic DCO oscillators in euro now. I sent emails to some of the bigger companies asking them to do this, but, now it's happened and it's the best way to get analog polyphony in a simple way. That might be us. Supercritical Synthesizers and our D...

Tried to search for it but couldn't find anything. Anyone found a way to do stereo freeze delay (mostly dual 2hp Freez-like functionality) stuff with the disting? I'd love a dedicated freeze & tapestop algorithm!

Hi y'all! Quick update! We're planning to add more stuff in the DCO. The new firmware 1.2 is already in my modules for testing but I thought I'd let you know about this at this stage: - Since there's a hidden FM LFO behind the modwheel and FN + FM, why there shouldn't be a portamento? That would be ...

I just finished recording machines for my prog-metal band's new songs. I did all polyphonic stuff with the DCO. I'm a "little bit" biased with my comment but the paraphonic use case just rules for me. I tend to run the DCO with a single filter and a single envelope via midi, using the retrig mode. T...
