i recommend Greg Surges' / Pucktronix OCTOMOD its a DIY USB->CV box that interfaces directly with max/msp. using a Teensy/Arduino type of chip. gives you 8 channels of CV output. i think it is also 12 bit. check out the DIY forum for more info.... ive been using it alot with max/msp and ive been ver...

i made a DIY flux capacitor when i had an AFG (i no longer have either module). i just made a simple one with a row of switches to make different jumper combinations. not all switch combinations give different waveforms (some are duplicates and some are nothing). but you do get quite a few new wavef...

my PCB does not have the extra trace near the TRI pad.
my board uses the note from camelneck on pg 39.

interesting there is at least 3-4 different PCBs floating around out there.

did you guys cut the proper trace and install the jumper described by camelneck several pages back? (looks like you have the blue PCBs)
i think this helps to smooth out spikes in waveforms.

im still building mine so i cant report on mine but i think others have had success with this.

i had one mod question:

how do you extend the upper frequency range of the 808 BD?
id like mine to go up a fair bit higher than it does.
the lower end of the range is fine with me.

thanks!

danny, if you are doing eurorack and you are using switching jacks. i recommend connecting the trigger input to the switching lug on the accent jack. (that way the trigger you send in will control the accent level and you can still use the accent jack if you want to) this made a big difference for m...
